  • Low-cost immunizations may be obtained through the DuPage County Health Department at one of their monthly immunization clinics. Please call the following offices for an appointment. Please contact your child's school if you have any questions regarding district immunization records or other health requirements.

    District immunization information

    Each school year, CCSD 89 is required to submit student immunization data to the State of Illinois. Please contact District Nurse Sandy Lawinger if you are interested in knowing more about this report.
