Interscholastic sports are sports in which Glen Crest Middle School competes against other schools. Glen Crest competes primarily against other schools in the Illinois Prairie Athletic Conference (IPAC). See the list of schools with addresses and phone numbers here.
- Basketball, Cheerleading, and Volleyball are offered for seventh- and eighth-grade students.
- Cross Country and Track & Field are offered for all grade levels.
In order to compete in interscholastic sports at Glen Crest Middle School, student-athletes must:
- Submit a valid physical to the nurse’s office by the tryout dates set by the coaches. A great idea is to get those physicals done over the summer each year so you are ready to go when the school year starts!
- Pay a user fee of $45. Checks should be made out to Glen Crest Middle School or you may request to receive an invoice through MySchoolBucks.
- Submit an emergency contact form to the coach.
- Submit a concussion form to the coach.
Intramural sports are offered for all students to participate in before or after school. Intramural offerings are posted in the daily announcements.
