Earlier this school year, students in Park View and Arbor View participated in the “Letters About Literature” contest in their library classes. Students read a book of their choice, reflect on it, and write a letter to the author explaining the impact the book had on them. The contest is sponsored by the Illinois Secretary of State, the state librarian, and the Illinois Center for the Book.
Twelve Arbor View and 14 Park View students were selected as Honorable Mentions in the contest!
