The food-services company that provides cafeteria meals at all five CCSD 89 schools will introduce a new hamburger product in November. The new burger contains soy, which was not present in the previous product. Quest Food Management Services said the nutrition standards remain the same, and the new burger meets all USDA Child Nutrition and NSLP requirements.
