CCSD 89

Twenty Glen Crest students earned individual conference championships at the DuPage Metro Valley Association conference track-and-field meet held May 13 and May 14 at Benedictine University. Additionally, the eighth-grade boys finished first as a team. The eighth-grade girls and seventh-grade girls finished second, and the seventh-grade boys finished fifth.

• Giancarlo Pietrasanta – 8^th grade 800 meters (2 minutes, 17 seconds)

• Evan Rubinas – 8^th grade 1600 meters (5 minutes, 8 seconds)

• Vincent Gary Jr., Elijah Donahue, Owen Martinez, Anthony Baldauf – 8^th grade 4x100 relay (49.37 seconds)
