Constitution and bylaws of the Westfield School Parent Teacher Council 

The IRS recognizes Westfield Parent Teacher Council as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Donations which in return provide the donor no tangible cash value to the extent provided under law may be used as deductions for federal income tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor for additional guidance. Parents in need of the charitable status documentation may email westfieldptc@gmail.com with “Charitable Documentation” in the subject line. You can find more information on what is and is not allowed under the federal tax code by visiting the IRS website.

Purchases made for PTC-related events are tax-exempt, as approved by the Illinois Department of Revenue. Volunteers in need of the tax exemption form should email westfieldptc@gmail.com with “Sales Tax Form Request” in the subject line. Please state the purpose of the purchase.
