New lunch service for CCSD 89 elementary schools
Quest Food Management Services, which currently serves lunches at Glen Crest Middle School, will now also be providing lunches at all four CCSD 89 elementary schools.

First day of school year for students: Wednesday, August 17
The first day of the 2022-23 school year for students will be Wednesday, August 17. It will be a full day for all students.

Free/reduced lunch and fee waivers for 2022-23 school year
There are separate applications for free/reduced lunch and fee waivers. If you have multiple kids in the district, you may submit one application for free/reduced lunch and one for waiver of fees.

Community invited to donate blood August 24 at Glen Crest
Glen Crest will host its next blood drive from 2 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24. Anyone in the community is welcome to attend.

CCSD 89 job fair on July 27 has openings for aides, subs, bus drivers, custodial staff
The job fair is an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about these positions. For some jobs, the application process can be completed on July 27.
