Ms. Julia Spencer

Hi everyone! I received my bachelor's degree from Illinois State University in early childhood education. In addition, I have my letter of approval in special education, as well as an endorsement in reading. I later recieved my ESL endorsement! I have been teaching since 2015 in the early childhood world. I joined the great District 89 in 2016!
