Registration for new and returning students will open April 8

Registration for the 2020-21 school year will open at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 8.

If your student is new or returning to Community Consolidated School District 89 for the 2020-21 school year, you should have received a letter from the school district through the U.S. mail. That letter includes the “SnapCode” you will use to register. SnapCodes were mailed during the week of March 13.

If you are a returning student and have not received the SnapCode via the U.S. mail – or you lost your SnapCode - you will need contact your school’s secretary via email until buildings re-open.

You can see the documents you will need to prove residency here: You can prove residency by emailing your building secretary your home’s tax bill or rental agreement from Category 1, as well as a recent utility bill from Category 2.

Families who have received their SnapCode will use it when 2020-21 registration opens. A dark blue 2020-21 registration button will be activated on the district’s registration page ( at 8:30 a.m. You can receive a $10 discount by completing registration before May 1.

Families should not try to register before 8:30 a.m. April 8. Registering prior to that time will result in registration being discarded and the family will need to re-register.

Families of current eighth-grade students will be receiving more information from Glenbard District 87 about registering for high school.
