Community can receive COVID-19 vaccine or Pfizer booster on October 23, November 13 at Glen Crest
UPDATE (October 23): Because the booster for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine was approved this week, the Moderna booster will also be available at the vaccination clinic on Saturday, October 23.
Community Consolidated School District 89 will be hosting COVID-19 vaccination and COVID-19 vaccine booster clinics on Saturday, October 23, and Saturday, November 13. Both clinics will take place from 9 a.m. to noon in Spartan Hall (cafeteria) at Glen Crest Middle School, 725 Sheehan Avenue, Glen Ellyn. Initial COVID-19 vaccinations and Pfizer COVID-19 boosters will be available at both clinics.
Vaccination: Anyone in the community will be able to receive the first dose of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine on October 23, and a second dose on November 13.
Booster: Any eligible person who wants to get a Pfizer COVID-19 booster can attend either the October 23 or November 13 session.

The COVID-19 vaccination is open to anyone over the age of 12. Children younger than 18 must have a parent with them at the time of vaccination.
