I love physical education and the opportunity it allows students to be active, engage with classmates,  improve self-esteem and brain function! Movement is key to positive growth and fun!!

I received my undergrad from University of Iowa in PE and health, my Masters in Early Childhood from Stephen F. Austin State University and both an  LBSI and ESL endorsement from University of St. Francis.

When I am not teaching, you will most likely find me outdoors: hiking, camping, running, or biking with my husband, kids and grandchildren!
