• Preparing for school year

This is page will be regularly updated with the latest information about COVID-19 and remote learning in CCSD 89.

    Latest news (June 24):

Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker released guidance for schools in the 2020-21 school year. Our planning for the next school year began before the 2019-20 school year ended, and the state’s 63-page guidance document will help us answer many of the questions you have asked about what school will look like in the fall. The document was released to school districts at the same time as the public, and we are reviewing it to determine the best way to implement the state’s recommendations.
